Tour & event trucking
Your show, on the road
Dedicated tractor-trailers and drivers for tours, festivals and one-off events – from the shop to the first load-in and every city after.
What you get
Trucking that thinks like a production crew
Dedicated driver
One truck, one driver for the run of the tour – someone your production team knows by name.
Show-day timing
We plan around load-in and load-out times, drive time and hours of service, so the truck is at the dock when the crew is.
Loaded right
Production loads are packed like a puzzle. Our drivers respect the truck pack and secure every case.
Who we haul for

- Backline, staging, sound, lighting and video vendors
- Trade shows and special equipment shipments
How it works
Send us the routing
Tell us the cities, the dates and how many trucks you need. We will send a quote and a tour plan with mileage, drive times and the truck and driver for each leg.
FAQ
Questions we get
What trucks do you use for tours?
53-foot dry van trailers pulled by Peterbilt 579 tractors, with a dedicated driver for the run of the tour.
Can you haul a full concert tour?
Yes. Send the routing with the cities, dates and number of trucks, and we plan each leg around load-in, load-out and drivers’ hours of service.
Where do you operate?
We are a for-hire interstate carrier based in Metro Detroit, Michigan, and we haul across the United States.
Do you haul hazardous materials?
No. We haul event production freight and general dry freight – no hazardous materials, household goods or passengers.
How do I get a quote for tour trucking?
Use the freight quote form or call dispatch at (833) 445-1300. We reply with a quote and a tour plan.
